Jewelry Components & Care:

Our jewelry components are made of 24 karat gold-or-silver plated pewter and our chain is primarily gold-or-silver plated brass.

For sensitive skin, while our jewelry does not contain nickel directly, it is manufactured in a facility that uses nickel. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that anything is 100% nickel free.

As our jewelry is plated, please avoid regularly exposing your pieces to water, sun, and soap as the plating can wear off over time. We recommend keeping your jewelry in the velvet jewelry bags provided with each piece.

We do not offer our chains, charms, or tags with words to be sold separately.

Some of our pieces have specific sizes and cannot be adjusted where others can be altered:

Bracelets can be adjusted slightly during the production process, except for the Bangles.

Please note, Metal Cuffs are very pliable and can be adjusted slightly, but are only sold as one size.

Charm Bracelets, excluding the Jericho Style, adjustment required an $8 alteration fee.

Jericho Charm Bracelet adjustments require a $16 alteration fee as the entire bracelet must be recreated for any changes.

Necklaces can be adjusted slightly during the production process, except for a few specific styles. Please contact us at hello@thecrowningjewels.com for assistance.

 

Handmade Jewelry Details:

In North Richland Hills, TX our team of highly trained jewelry makers design and create each piece by hand. Therefore no two pieces are exactly alike, which is a part of what makes our jewelry special. 

We hand-stamp each single letter only every piece, thus the texture, evenness, and darkness of the words may vary from the images online.

Each charm has a unique story to tell and contains special meaning to us here at TCJ, some come directly from Scripture while others are from personal inspiration. Check out our meanings page for specific details on each charm. 

 

Customization Practices:

We do not create custom orders as all of our pieces are Heaven-Inspired! This means that we pray over the name submitted and we ask God for specific words and phrases He is speaking over them. We are passionate about partnering with God in this way and it is what makes our company different. 

We will allow you to include one or two personal preferences in the notes at checkout, but we will create the final design of the piece, with your input on what meanings are significant to you. We love to design with your input as to what charms are important to you, so you have a piece you are very happy with.

While we understand some people are not used to wearing mixed-metals, we intentionally mix the gold and silver in some of our pieces and because of the meaning we love to keep it that way.

To us, the Gold represents the gold found in everyone while silver represents being refined in fire. Together, they are a holistic picture of the extraordinary value each one of us carries and the time and care God takes in pulling out our beauty! 

Mixed metals are an important part of our brand identity and we love what it represents! Because of this, we don’t alter our mixed metal pieces to be one color. 

As our designers have carefully and lovingly created each piece, we do not accept changes or additions to our previously made jewelry.

International Shipping is currently unavailable at this time. We hope to expand our reach to our friends elsewhere, but due to the restrictions and delays of the USPS we have limited our shipping to only domestic locations for now.

Standard Shipping & Processing Times:

As each piece is handmade and designed specifically for you, our production window is 9 business days. 

*If you are needing a piece sooner, please purchase our RUSH Processing Option and we will move you to the front of the production line to have your piece created in 7 business days.

We ship all our orders through USPS and their standard shipping times are listed below:

Domestic 1st Class: 10 Business Days 

Domestic Priority: 5 Business Days

Domestic Priority Express: 2 Business Days

*All orders purchased with the Rush Processing Option will be shipped Priority Express.

If your order has not arrived in the proper designated time, please see the below tips to help you identify the party to contact to receive a status update:

Check the USPS tracking information that you received in your shipping email

If the tracking shows the order is in transit, contact your local post office for additional details to understand the delay and expected delivery date.

*For our International friends, please contact your local post office for more details.

If there is an error in delivery (the tracking says delivered, but it was not), please complete a missing mail form with USPS.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email or there is no tracking number, please contact us at hello@thecrowningjewels.com where we would be happy to assist in locating your order.

 

Monthly Prophetic Subscriptions:

Subscribers will be charged each month on the 20th and will receive their order the first week of the following month. The only exception is that your first month subscription will be processed and shipped according to standard operation times listed above under the shipping section.

Changes to your card number, billing/shipping information or to skip/cancel your subscription, please log into your account to complete all updates.

If assistance is required in updating these details, please call (530)691-4321 between 10am - 4pm PST to provide this over the phone in order to best protect your confidential information.

While a subscription is not required to purchase the limited, exclusive monthly pieces, we recommend signing up as the subscription provides a substantial discount for our TCJ Family.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

All non-subscription pieces are eligible for returns and exchanges. Subscription pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged as they are limited edition pieces and heavily discounted off the retail price.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt/order number in the same condition as the merchandise was purchased. 

Items without receipts/order numbers are only eligible for exchange.

Defective merchandise may be eligible for complimentary repairs up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

The cost of shipping is only provided by TCJ for defective merchandise.
