I tried contacting The Crown ing Jewels and never received any response. The necklace I paid for was totally wrong and the extensions were not in the package. I’ve ordered from them before and never had any issues. Totally disappointed.

We did receive your email this morning! We notice that this is a Heaven Inspired piece, which is subject to change both the words and charms, and tags used for the stamped words.
We are so incredibly sorry that this was disappointing for you and we of course can help you with returns, refunds and exchanges. As we always do, for every purchase that does not meet the expectations of our customers! We have a 60 day return/refund/replace/exchange policy which you are well within!
So our customer service team will be responding to your email soon with the information you need to proceed, and you can choose which option works best for you!
At the very least, we need to send you those extensions that were not in your package!
