1. Will my piece look like the photos?
Because each piece is handmade and prayed over before it is sent, the exact combination of words and charms may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. This means every piece is truly one-of-a-kind and uniquely yours.
2. Is the card actually written just for me?
Yes! Each order includes a Heaven Inspired encouragement card. We take time to pray over orders and ask God how He may want to encourage you through your piece. Each message is chosen with prayer and intention.
3. What materials are used in the jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from a mix of metals including:
- sterling silver
- 24k gold plated pewter
- antique bronze
- gold or silver plated chains

4. I have sensitive skin. Is there nickel in your products?
Our jewelry does not intentionally contain nickel. However, because components are produced in facilities that may process nickel, we cannot guarantee that pieces are completely nickel free.
If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend choosing pieces with sterling silver components.
