I ordered this necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas but it was never received. I contacted your company, but have not heard back.
I was so blown away by the word I received. It was so encouraging because I have struggled with believing that God loves me. That was exactly what my word was “God telling me He loves me” I felt so loved by God it really encouraged me,
I ordered several necklaces for family members, each coming with their own word of encouragement. Each word was unique to the person and right on target. They loved it and were so encouraged!
I never received my product. The package came empty. I sent an email with pics

So I purchased this mug as Christmas gift for a friend and didn’t open the box to check the product, because I didn’t think I’d need to.
Imagine my embarrassment and disappointment when she’s opening the gift in front of me, and I see her pull out the wrong mug. I ordered a women’s mug and received a men’s mug. The two designs, according to your website, are completely different. Very very upsetting. I’ve never been so embarrassed about a gift in my entire life.
I ordered this Heaven Inspired men’s mug for my friend Richard for his birthday …. He was overjoyed when he received it …. Even more so with his love note from God .. Thank you TCJ xxx
I really want to love this necklace, but I don’t. First off, the word I received makes no sense to me. The description card that came with my necklace did make sense, and there were other words in that description card that would have made more sense to be etched onto the necklace. As for the necklace quality itself, I’m unsure. My word tag looks like it’s going to rust.
